my design process

The job of a designer is to solve problems. The best way to do that is with a methodical process. My process is aimed at finding out the goals of the business and the users that I'm designing for, coming up with a solution that meets both of their needs, and then testing that solution to make sure it really does meet those needs. Below, you can find my process and some solutions I've made using it.

Iterate Incorporate what was learned. Test See whether it does meet those needs. Prototype Build a prototype based on one of those ideas. Ideate Come up with ideas on how to address user needs. Empathize Figure out how users think about their goals and tasks. Observe Watch how users perform tasks using their existing tools. Understand Understand the subject matter and the business goals.
